Stacie Batterham, FCCA
Managing Director
A qualified Accountant since 2010, Stacie has over 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, working with businesses at a senior level, across a wide variety of industries, including:

Amy Gallear, MAAT
Management Accountant
With a keen eye for detail, Amy has worked in both accountancy practices and in industry, providing accounting support within multiple sectors, including:
- Digital Marketing
- IT
- Manufacturing
- Property and Construction
Amy works with clients daily, covering a range of tasks from bookkeeping, invoice preparation, credit control, payroll processing and production of management accounts.
Having successfully completed her AAT qualification in December 2023, Amy is now studying towards her ACCA qualification.

Anna-Lise Mills, MAAT
Assistant Management Accountant
Prior to joining the team at Flourish Finance, Anna-Lise’s vast experience was centred around industry, working as part of several in-house finance teams, developing experience across multiple sectors:

- Motor Industry
- Property and Construction
- Recruitment
- Transportation
Anna-Lise works with clients daily, covering a range of tasks from bookkeeping, invoice preparation, credit control, payroll processing and production of management accounts.
Having successfully completed her AAT qualification in June 2024, Anna-Lise is now studying towards her ACCA qualification.

Bethanie Healey, MAAT
Assistant Management Accountant
Bethanie joined Flourish Finance with over 5 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant, with a flair for numbers, she has experience across multiple sectors including

- Recruitment
- Manufacturing
Beth works with clients daily, covering a range of tasks from bookkeeping, invoice preparation, credit control, payroll processing and production of management accounts.
In June 2025, Bethanie successfully completed her AAT qualification, she is now embarking upon her ACCA qualification journey.
